Hi, I’m Youssef Kassab — a passionate Cloud & AI Presales Leader with over 18 years of experience shaping digital transformation through cloud technologies, AI, and innovation.
Currently, I lead the Cloud & AI Presales Unit at BPS Middle East, where I’ve driven over 40% year-over-year Azure ACR growth, led 13+ successful Microsoft AMM projects, and played a key role in our organization’s Azure Expert MSP designation. I’m also proud to be a Microsoft SureStep Global Sales Champion for Azure (2025) and a Microsoft Pitch Perfect winner (2024).
My journey started in software development at a major bank, but my entrepreneurial drive quickly led me into freelancing, web development, and advising startups on cloud and IT infrastructure. From there, I spent 7 incredible years at Berytech as an IT manager, working with entrepreneurs and startups, and then joined WonderEight as Chief Technology Officer, where I transformed their digital team and launched mobile games, IoT experiences, and dozens of global websites.
Over the years, I’ve evolved from hands-on tech builder to trusted cloud strategist and AI evangelist, enabling partners and businesses across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, and Lebanon to adopt Microsoft Azure and next-gen AI solutions — including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Copilot Studio.
I’m certified in 9 Microsoft Azure tracks, including architecture, security, AI engineering, and analytics — alongside certifications from HubSpot and 3CX. I love learning and never stop exploring what’s next in AI, automation, and digital growth.
When I’m not architecting cloud solutions or mentoring presales teams, I’m probably experimenting with AI tools, writing blog posts, or working on creative side projects. Technology isn’t just my career — it’s my playground, my passion, and my way of helping others grow.
